Armour and clothing come in many styles, cuts, and costs.

Nanotechnology means basic clothing as thin as silk can be armoured.

The four layers that do not conflict are:

Skin:
This is the base DR of your skin.
This may be above 0 due to skin grafts or cyberware. No armour counts as this.

Light:
Example: T-Shirt
Must Be Flexible AND concealable

Flexible:
Must Be Flexible.
Example: Trenchcoats, heavy hoodies, leather jackets, chainmail.

Rigid:
Cannot be flexible. Solid plates, etc.
Example: Bulletproof vest, helmets, greaves.

There is a penalty of -1 DX for each extra layer anywhere but head.

Armour types come in 4 styles – Heavy, Normal, Light, and Very Light.
Armour can be made out of almost any style, however clothing generally follows these guidelines:

Heavy:
A trenchcoat or winter clothing
Normal:
A think shirt or jacket
Light:
Thin, like a tshirt or underwear
V.Light:
Whispey Thin, like lingerie
